France Chapter - call for board members

Dear All,

a new chapter board is to be elected for the France Chapter for 2016/2017. The chapter has secured funds for its activities in the coming year, that should be centered around making the chapter functional, reaching new fellows, launching activities and networking (including building up contacts with academic and industrial research centers). Candidates are waited for the positions of Chair, Vice-Chair and three Board Members (responsables for the following areas: i) treasurer (MCAA funding and external partnerships), ii) communication (social media, internal communication, information on events/calls), iii) events and networking). Willing members of the France Chapter (even newly joined) are invited to communicate their interest via email to mcaa.frenchchapter@gmail.com by Sunday 20th November 2016. Please include in your letter the position you are interested in and a few lines about your motivation and plans. Board members must be resident in France. All France Chapter members are eligibles to vote, the voting will take place electronically (doodle).
