Hi everybody, I am really...
Hi everybody, I am really happy to be part of this group. I think we can do very interesting things in here. Talking a little bit about myself, I did my PhD at the University of Barcelona. It was related to bioremediation of polluted sites. Now, I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Academy of sciences of the Czech Republic in Prague. My research field now is microbial ecology of coniferous forests. And, of course, climate change is also afecting bacteria and fungi of our forests and the very important ecological processes that they perform. So, I am not directly studying climate change but is a topic that really interests me. I do not know if I can share papers where I am not author (due to copyright or whatever), so I will share with you just the link.

This paper by Evans and Wallenstein, recently published, is really good. Its title is: Climate change alters ecological strategies of soil bacteria.
