Hi there. I´m a prehistoric archaeologist and interested in new methodological approaches for gaining a better access to the social and climatic processes, which are causing our (heavily biased) archaeological record. While my main study focus is the resilience of Pleistocene hunter-gatherer societies and their capacity to deal with external change, the past climate fluctuations, but also the social and environmental effects of the ongoing change, are of high interest for me.
