How does the chapter operates (meeting, chairpersons, decision making, proposal,...) ? Thanks in advance, Edouard

Hello Edouard!

Once the chapter proposal gets approval from the ExCom of MCAA, its is fully functional and operational under the leadership of the chapter chair. Chapter Chair is elected among the chapter members. For the establsihment of chapter and its chair election, please follow the statuates of MCAA.

Decsion w.r.t the activities are taken by the chair with the consulation of active membes within the chapter.
