LMU Research Project – Academic Career Development-
High job demands combined with career uncertainty are amongst the reasons why many academic researchers are frustrated and at times even decide to discontinue their academic career. How can we support academic researchers’ career development in order to keep high potentials in academia and maintain or even increase their motivation? This question is the focus of our current research project on academic career development. We cordially invite you to take part in this project and share your experiences with us and learn by reflecting upon your own career.
The project is conducted by the Institute for Leadership and Organization at the Ludwig-Maximilians University Munich (Germany). We will provide a report with the pre-publication findings of this research project to share our insights with all interested participants.
All data will be treated absolutely confidentially and will only be analyzed anonymously.
