Question about using Research, Training, and Networking costs after end of the project

Hello, 

I learned at the MSCA-PF webinar in September that there is the possibility to use the Research, Training, and Networking budget after the end of the project, as long as your host institute agrees and it is connected to the research of the project (see attached PDF). This would be helpful as there are some relevant conferences/publication costs that only will come after the end of my grant. I was wondering if anyone has been successfully able to do this at a CSIC institute? The administration at my institute was unaware of this possibility and they are sceptical of allowing the funds to carry over, even if it will be for activities related to the fellowship.
