A Survey on MSCA Indian Fellows

We want to launch a survey on MSCA Indian Fellows on the theme -- "MSCA Indian Fellows - Tracking their Footsteps".

We need volunteers who can help us design the survey. To avoid lot of email / forum post exchange but no "actual" work done, please follow the following protocol to collaborate on this task:

1) Open this Google Doc and start typing out the questions that you think should be included in this survey

2) Anyone interested to collaborate, should comment, add questions, review questions directly in this google doc. Please avoid futile discussions in the form of comments in the chapter forum.

3) Once the final set of questions are ready, we will prepare a survey in surveymonkey and reach out to all MSCA Indian fellows.

Goal of the Survey is to understand where are the MSCA Indian Fellows after they are done with the fellowship. Are they currently in USA, stayed back in Europe, moved to Asia? Where were they before the fellowship? In India or abroad? If abroad - where? Are they back to their homeland? After how many years post the fellowship, they got a permanent position in India / abroad?

Basically the goal of the survey would be to understand the career progression and mobility of MSCA Indian fellows.
