Dear GEDI Colleagues,
May I use this platform to extend my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you who participated in this election. I hope to work with you in this community to promote not only excellent, but, more importantly, inclusive science. Let's bridge the gaps, unite our talents, and amplify our strength in diversity, ensuring that every voice contributes to the future of science and innovation

I also want to express my sincere gratitude my predecessors, Magda and Nadia and also to Maria for her willingness to serve. I look forward to collaborating with all of you as we move forward together.
