Hi all,
sorry for the question, but why we should all meet? Can we concrete a little more the topic of the meeting? Why we shouldn't meet at skype for a focused talking? I have a lot of stuff to discuss about and maybe Maria can also help us in coordinating the metting, since she has a lot of experience.
In this time I also have a lot of work to do so I can't move from here.

We are still waiting for the approval of funding for the new session 2015-2016. We should plan activities already to meet up. Angela will be new Chair ASAP we get information regarding Funds (My participation in Rome meeting next week depends on it). Probably we can then arrange to have meetings by skype and divide responsibilities. First year was just dedicated to get Chapter functional and invite members to join the chapter, though we still managed to organize atleast 10 activites in last session.
We may get more money this year than last year and we can plan better activities with everyone's suggestion (though following the project proposal). As written in the Chapter's initial application, we need to have one representative from each city (in northern region) who would be incharge to organize activities in that city and will be the local contact point.
The major part of the funding for this year will go for fellows travel (as included in the project proposal) to attend various congresses/conferences which they may not able to fund using project funding.

are you in Rome? I am now at the conference.
But to Turin I will come later on, as the programme is very full and I cannot leave so long and also because of price I have to buy the ticket well in advance. I thought that it would make sense to synchronise the trip with a meeting if there will be, since I am flexible, that is it. I am available from the second half of November on, if the programme will not get crowded in the meantime.
However, I am sure I will meet many of you in Venice where I plan to come. 27 I plan to go to the Expo in Milan and 28 to the Biennale in Venice, but I will be mainly on the site, and not sure I can meet somebody.
Next week on Tuesday I will meet another Marie Curie fellow here in Rome, so if there is something to transmit him, please let me know.

Are there any meeting in the next time?
I will go visit the EXPO around the 23rd of October, and then to Venice to the Biennale, but only in a total of 5 days as I cannot leave longer. Maybe I leave Torino for another time, when there will be a chapter meeting, please let me know.
