Welcome to the MCAA Oceania Chapter!
We're excited to announce the launch of the MCAA Oceania Chapter - a vibrant new community for current and former MSCA beneficiaries who originate from, are based in, or were previously associated with the 14 countries in our region.
We offer benefits and opportunities for members across all disciplines and career stages by:
* Fostering connections and networking
* Supporting career development
* Contributing to outreach and community engagement
Our Chapter provides a regional platform to:
* Represent the interests of members based in or connected to Australia, Aotearoa New Zealand, and the wider Pacific
* Share experiences and insights with peers
* Strengthen connections between researchers, society, industry, and policy
* Promote the visibility and contributions of the region's MSCA community within the wider MCAA network
As a volunteer-led body within the MCAA framework, our Chapter is committed to inclusive and respectful engagement that reflects the complex histories and diversity of the communities in which we work. We acknowledge and pay respect to the Indigenous peoples and traditional custodians of the lands and waters on which we operate, live, and gather, and recognise their continuing connections to land, water, and community.
