This event explores how AI is transforming science communication across system, process, and actor levels. It brings together research, industry, startups, policy, and society to connect perspectives and practices. A morning of keynotes and cases sets the stage for hands-on, co-creative workshops in the afternoon, turning insights into practical approaches for responsible AI use.

+++ This event is part of the Zurich AI Festival, taking place from September 28 to October 3, 2026. Zurich AI Festival unites the minds building the future - visionary founders, bold investors, and tech leaders shaping tomorrow. Connect to tomorrow!

Zurich AI Festival is a flagship initiative presented by ETH AI Center, Greater Zurich Area, the City of Zurich, the Canton of Zurich, and Zurich Tourism, and supported by leading partners from academia, industry, government and the broader AI ecosystem.

The "Intercultural Intelligence Conference" is dedicated to exploring how cultural awareness, communication, and collaboration can strengthen research, innovation, and global careers. This conference will bring together experts Kristina Berkut, Ghislaine Tamisier, and Gian Maria Greco to share insights, real-world experiences, and practical strategies for navigating multicultural environments and building inclusive, high-performing teams. The conference will be followed by a networking aperitif to foster connections among participants. The event is co-organised by the MCAA France and Switzerland Chapters and the Cité Universitaire de Paris, which will host the conference at the Maison de l'Ile-de-France.

On 28 June, we will gather in Basel’s Kannenfeldpark for an informal BBQ — a relaxed opportunity for MCAA Switzerland members to meet, connect, and get to know one another better.

On 30 March, members of the MCAA Swiss Chapter met informally to get to know one another and to begin strengthening the sense of community within our chapter. It was a valuable opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and lay the groundwork for future activities together.
