16:00 Welcome and Introduction to the Annual Meeting (Chair)

16:10 Managing large research projects

Speaker: Massimiliano Errico, Associate Professor at University of Southern Denmark (SDU). Massimiliano is a Chapter member and works as an associate professor in Chemical Engineering at University of Southern Denmark. He will talk about his
experience coordinating a MSCA-RISE grant as well as other funding
management he has been involved in.

16:30 Q&A

16:40 Research in industry

Speaker: Eleni Ntokou , Project Manager at Unibio. Eleni will explain about her scientific background and how she applied it in business development. Also she will present her experience in funding applications within industry

17:00 Q&A

17:10 Round tables/Chapter discussions - topics (TBC) (creation of working groups within the chapter with focus on funding, industry relations, etc., volunteering for regional representatives, salary tables for MSCA in Denmark, members' interest in specific activities for next year to consider in the next Annual plan, etc.)

18:10 Mingling with drinks and snacks
