POSTPONED - A workshop on researchers’ wellbeing and research culture: where are we?
After receiving positive feedback for our event “An open and frank discussion about mental health in an academic setting”, which we organised with the help of the OPdA of the University of Cambridge last year, we are delighted to confirm that we will be following it up with another event, which aims to approach the topic of mental health in academia in a different way. This event will build on last year's event while focusing specifically on the wellbeing of researchers, in an interactive and enjoyable way.
This year, we have guests from both funding bodies, student organisations and policymakers.
- When: Saturday 21 March
- Where: Royal Holloway, University of London, Queen's Building, Egham TW20 0EX
You can find the full timetable ad register here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/a-workshop-on-researchers-wellbeing-and-research-culture-where-are-we-tickets-90865562343?aff=ebdssbdestsearch
The event is open to MCAA members and non-members and it is completely free of charge, but there are limited spots so advance booking is necessary.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lunches, though there are also places to eat around the campus.
(Organised by our members Goncalo Silva, Donata Iandolo, Maria Laura Greco)
