As part of the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Initial Training Network ECHONET (Expanding Capability in Heterocyclic Organic Synthesis; https://lnkd.in/bGv99En) program, we are organising a conference: The Symposium on Advances in Heterocyclic Organic Chemistry - SAHOC 2016 (http://sahoc2016.com/). This event will be held in Sheffield (UK) and the programme will cover recent high impact advances in heterocyclic chemistry from both academic and industrial speakers. Prior to this event, 2016-08-31 in the same venue, we intend to host an OpenDay to sensibilise the general public to the importance of MSCA and scientific research in general.
