Dr. Efrat Salton Meyer holds a PhD in management; she is a psychologist, organizational consultant, lecturer at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya (IDC) and Tel Aviv University in Israel.
Her research interests lie in leadership, power and motivation in organizations as well as decision making. Her consulting work supports the development of effective leadership promoting successful achievements as well as employees' well-being.
She has extensive experience in promoting collaborations between organizations and academia including conducting challenging studies in the field.
