TRIBUTO A LA PAZ

Existirá alguna palabra tan pequeña

que con solo tres letras diga algo tan grande.

Qué tuvo que ocurrir para inventarla

y pronunciarla con deseo.

Sin duda fue su cruel hermana guerra

La que hizo nacer a la dulce Paz.
 

Creadores de la guerra

cuya obra destructiva

hace de la muerte su oficio.

La buscan enamorados,

como si ella les perteneciera

como si matar fuera el tributo,

que da derecho a poseerla.
