application for micro-travel grants

Dear Simon Robinson, we had an exchange but cannot find it anymore on the site, that one can apply for a microtravel grant one year after being reimbursed. I was reimbursed today (17th of March). Next year there is a conference 8-13 April. Can I apply in February to know the results at the end of March or it is better to look for something else? thank you and kind regards Maria
