Short Manifesto

I seek to become a Chapter Chair because I believe the MCAA Cyprus Chapter can play a far more active role in shaping meaningful academic, professional, and societal impact within Cyprus and across the global MSCA community. My motivation is grounded in service: creating structures that enable collaboration, visibility, and mutual support among researchers at all career stages.

As Chair, I would focus on strengthening engagement, fostering interdisciplinary dialogue, and translating the values of the MSCA (excellence, openness, and international cooperation) into tangible local initiatives. I am particularly committed to building inclusive spaces where early-career researchers feel supported, informed, and empowered, while also leveraging the experience of senior members to create mentorship and long-term continuity.

I bring a strong sense of responsibility, organizational clarity, and a collaborative leadership style. My goal is not only to coordinate activities, but to help the Cyprus Chapter function as an active node in the wider MSCAA network; one that contributes ideas, shares best practices, and represents Cyprus with credibility and vision.
