Hi,
I will go to Belgium for my Marie Curie project, usually how much percentage of tax for living allowance? For mobility allowance?

Some European countries pretend to have a tax rate of ca. 25 - 30% but add supplemental taxes after you have received your net salary. Finally, they all reach a rate of ca. 50%. One good thing about Belgium is that the net salary you will receive will pretty much correspond to your real net salary. Substract about 200 euros/year for your annual health insurance and another 200 euros for the local taxes and that's about it.
Have fun in Belgium. If you didn't know it, that country is not just all about chocolate ...they also have waffles!
