MCAA should challenge the Status quo

On

My message:

To MCA fellows aspiring a research carrer in the international industry sector:

  1. I can promote the researchers profile to the international community of startups & industries who are actively looking to hire the best brain power possible
  2. I can make sure to create a “dynamic” & effective portal in the form of a website or slack channels to communicate & Apply to positions
  3. I can ensure salary delegations & get the right team to look into possible visa delegations if required

To MCA fellows aspiring to start their own companies & take that brave step towards creating further scalable scientific companies:

  1. I can add these type of researchers to a training program that will involve the best VCs & founders & I co-ordinate the process: One such program would be “Y Combinator” (https://www.ycombinator.com/)
  2. I can make sure to provide access to tech teams (including my own team) that can create MVPs to test out PMF (product market fits)

It looks like the MCAA is all about academia & I am sure Marie Curie Fellowship agenda supports academic researchers to also become future leaders in the EU sectors & improve the chances of starting great companies.  Hence, I truly believe that this election should challenge the status quo & get a bit of change  by opening up a different point of view that brings something practical to the table.
