Settling in London

Hello everyone! I will start a MC fellowship in september in London, as postdoctoral neuroscientist. We (my wife and I) are now looking for apartments to rent. Do you have any recommendations about the different neighborhouds (the lab will be in Queen Square)? We are aiming to visit apartments around Finsbury Park, Chalk Farm, Holloway Road, mainly the northern part of London. And according to you, what would be appropriate to rent for 2 people?
