Is it possible to ask for unemployment benefit in another European country (e.g. France) after the end of contract?

The Uk government gives information here: https://www.gov.uk/claim-benefits-abroad/jobseekers-allowance
The UK is supposed to leave the EU in less than 5 months. That would definitely affect transfer of benefts.
