Research Management Working Group

The MCAA Research Management Working Group provides a forum for discussion, exchange of ideas and mutual support for both early-career and experienced research and project managers. Members share knowledge and good practices to make the day-to-day management of MSCA projects easier and improve the quality of project implementation.

Our short-term goals are to:

  • Support one another by sharing experiences and practical advice on recruitment, budgets, salaries, secondments, communication, dissemination, training, the Funding & Tenders Portal, deliverables, amendments, management tools and other relevant topics.
  • Promote joint activities, including communication and outreach initiatives, training courses and final events.
  • Build a lasting, shared knowledge base to preserve experience and support continuity when project managers change roles.
