In the framework of Week of Integrity - Albania, National Agency for Scientific Research and Innovation, the EU for Innovation, and the Marie Curie Alumni Association Western Balkans Chapter are organizing a conference regarding integrity in scientific research. The speakers will be representatives from higher education institutions that have endorsed the European Charter for Researchers and a Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. This initiative aims to promote transparency in the recruitment of researchers and the research process. It also aims to improve the accountability of research institutions.
The Week of Integrity, an initiative of ICC Netherlands, is a national awareness-raising campaign on the importance of business integrity, which the International Chamber of Commerce in Albania aims to embrace and adopt in Albania.
The goal of the ‘’Week of Integrity’’ is to draw attention to the importance of integrity by promoting ethical behavior not only in business but in the workplace, as well as with the governmental bodies, academia, and social organizations being active players.
