Anupam Yadav Manifesto for BeNeLux Chair Elections

I, Anupam Yadav, would like to reinforce my candidacy for the election of MCAA BeNeLux Chapter chair. Please refer below to my achievements within MCAA so far and also the presented  manifesto highlighting the common minimum program . It is open to discussion, opinions and propsals coming from all members.  Achievements as an MCAA member so far: 1. Core member of MCAA Annual Conference & General Assembly 2018 Task Force (achieved 650+ registrations for the event with 400 participants attending both days) 2. Acknowledged as a core contributor to MCAA GA 2018 (by previous executive committee of MCAA) 3. Instrumental in obtaining sponsorship (worth 15000 Euros) for MCAA GA through personal and team efforts. 4. Organiser and Moderator of Employer Speed Dating :Opportunities in industries and beyond Session in GA 2018. 5. Working with Sponsorship Team GA 2019. Plan for BeNeLux Chapter - financial independence, improving visibility and autonomy. 1. Strive for financial independence within MCAA (following idea from MCAA Austrian Chapter) i. Through assured commitments of sponsorship for MCAA Benelux chapter (from personal network), if elected as Chair of BeNeLux chapter ii. By attracting more local sponsors and partners. iii. By establishing an incubator which can act as a contingency fund. 2. Call for 'City/Regional Ambassadors' i. Autonomy for ambassadors to organise events, activities and attract sponsors. Funding from the chapter to be given to organise such events ii. Discretion to utilise the money raised by the ambassador for activities and events of his/her choice. iii. Priority for travel grants. iv. Certificate of appreciation for commendable work. 3. Events and Activities - funding for such events i. Networking events to be intensified in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg. Member contact and chapter expansion strategy to be launched. (Website for BeNeLux from MCAA support team to be designed and created) ii. Career guidance. (Added possibility to organise events, workshops and skill programs by majority demands)  iii. Settling in and Taxation iv. Spread awareness of MCAA in regional events (job fairs, workshops, PhD Days, etc.) I have extended my complete letter of candidacy to this portal and on social media earlier as well.
