Motivations to be part of MCAA board: I would like to walk the talk by acting with personal integrity and authenticity. My horizontal and global career is a representation of the benefit from a multidisciplinary approach. I would like to develop my personal leadership style and strategic mindset to define and achieve MCAA goals.
