Description: Working as a researcher in many countries is getting more and more difficult due to the lack of funding and the political strategy regarding research and innovation. PhD doctorates are looking for opportunities abroad and in fields different from their areas of study. This joint event between the MCAA Spain-Portugal chapter and the Career Development Working Group is designed to support individuals who are considering or actively pursuing a shift in their professional or academic trajectories. We will have the chance to talk with professionals that have successfully changed research topics and careers, exploring new opportunities and developing new skills. The same opportunities exist for you!
