Dear MCAA North America,

The American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) is holding their Annual Meeting in Austin from Feb. 15-19, and the European Commission is one of the main event sponsors. If you are attending AAAS, stop by the EC booth and let them know you are an MCAA member.

EURAXESS Worldwide is hosting an Information Session on European Research Funding Opportunities on Feb. 15 from 2-5 p.m. at the UT Austin Cockrell School of Engineering. EURAXESS Worldwide was recently nominated to become an Honorary Member of MCAA, and the info session will be hosted by Viktoria Bodnarova of EURAXESS North America. If you attend, please be sure to say hi to Viktoria, and let her know that you're an MCAA member.
