Funding open access for post-grant Horizon 2020 publications?

On

Hi all, Are you aware of a way to cover the article processing charges for gold open access to papers published after the end of Horizon 2020 projects? In the guidelines on open access for Horizon2020 (http://ec.europa.eu/research/participants/data/ref/h2020/grants_manual/hi/oa_pilot/h2020-hi-oa-pilot-guide_en.pdf) I found: "The costs of 'gold' open access publications incurred once a project is completed cannot be refunded from that project's budget. However, a mechanism is being piloted to address the issue of open access publication charges incurred once a grant agreement with the Commission has expired. This pilot project, funded under the OpenAIRE2020 project, supports open access publications arising from completed FP7 projects." My ITN grant is finishing soon and I haven't published my work yet. I would like to publish it in open access, and I will need to fund that. If a program for publications arising from completed Horizon2020 projects, similar to OpenAIRE2020, is under development, it may be easier to convince my institution to pay the gold open access fees. Otherwise, there is still the green open access option (preprint on a public repository), but it seemed at ESOF 2018 that the European Commission is pushing for the abolition of paywalls altogether (maybe that is me over-interpreting Robert Jan-Smits intervention).
