Kick-off meeting SPAIN PORTUGAL CHAPTER Dear members of the SPAIN PORTUGAL CHAPTER, I take the opportunity to invite you all to assist to the KICK off meeting of our Chapter that will be held in Barcelona on the 26-27th of JAnuary 2015 at CRAG. I will post right away the proposed Agenda for the meeting. Bellow there is a list of people that confirmed their assitance (important for calculating the catering). If you are on the list and you are coming, you dont have to do anything else. If you are on the list and you cannot come, please inform me before the 7th of January. If you are not on the list and are planing to come, please send me an email before 7th of January as well. There will be no economical help for the travelling or stay. The only cost that will be covered will be the catering for 26-27th. Then we can discuss during the meeting what to do with the rest of the budget. Regarding the dinner on the 26th, it will not be covered but it will be organized by Nuria Sanchez Coll and it will probably be somewhere down town in Barcelona. I take the opportunity also to wish you all Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I am looking forward to the meeting.
