MEMBER ENGAGEMENT

Dear MCAA Community,

Me: I am presenting my humble self before you for specific reasons: I would like to serve this community with honed experience gathered from past and similar leadership roles. I place member engagement and advancement seriously.

My Plans: A few of the many plans I have are to:

1) Advocate for improved and effective interaction among members by the creation of a unique member-only social platform,

2) Construct an online member ‘suggestion box’ for improvement, 

3) Develop bespoke webinars that can be selected from an informed list to suit member taste, preference, and availability.

I will bring a wealth of skillsets from well-grounded international exposure, research collaborations, and continued people engagement in classrooms.
