Dear Chapter members:

Please find attached the fourth issue of Spain-Portugal MCAA Newsletter. In this issue (Number 4, May 2016), we are introducing two chapter members and including information about the results of poll on member's view of Chapter. In addition, we also provide information about future activities organized by chapter members.
