Reporting templates

Dear all,

Are there any specific models available for the preparation of the periodic/final report and financial statement? I was looking for some info and in the participant portal i could not find a template for the financial statement model (http://ec.europa.eu/research/participants/data/ref/h2020/mga/msca/h2020-mga-msca-if-mono_en.pdf).  I would very much appreciate if some alumni that recently did the reporting would share their experience here that all the new fellows can find some support.
