Sponsoring International Physics Conference in Greece
Dear all, I'm looking for sponsors from companies, institutes, foundations etc. for the following event:
International Conference on New Frontiers in Physics (ICNFP20), Kolymbari, Chania, Crete, Greece from 27 July 2020 to 7 August 2020.
https://indico.cern.ch/event/868045/overview
The International Conference on New Frontiers in Physics aims to promote scientific exchange and development of novel ideas in science with a particular accent in interdisciplinarity. The conference will bring together worldwide experts and promising young scientists working on experimental and theoretical aspects of particle, nuclear, heavy ion and astro-particle physics and cosmology, with colleagues from other disciplines, for example solid state physics, mathematics, mathematical physics, quantum optics and other.
The conference will be hosted in the Conference Center of the Orthodox Academy of Creta (OAC), an exceptionally beautiful location only a few meters from the mediteranean sea.
Best regards, Theodota Lagouri member of the Organizing Committee

Dear Konstantinos, thanks for your suggestion. Please forward to me, if you know, Greek companies emails or institutes emails that might be interested to sponsor and get advertised in this physics conference. It's about 2 weeks conference with public outreach activities as well.
Also, if someone knows how to contact journals/publishing companies like Elsevier etc please contact me.
Marie Curie Associations can also become sponsors, giving awards etc I'd like to know if our MCAA Board has some ideas about this, as we could invite talks related to EU Marie Curie/Horizon activities.
Thanks, Theodota
You can find them in the websites of relevent conferences. It might be quite a lot of work to convince them. You can see the details of our sponsors/exhbitors for a materials science related event. http://euromat2017.fems.eu/articlefiles/Final_EUROMAT2017_Web.pdf

Dear Theodota,
what seems to work very well, is to ask for support from the companies that supply the instruments, software etc for the work that is being presented. This includes the local representatives of the large companies in greece.
