A stronger communication among people

During my ITN, I have been working in Ukraine and Russia. In the meetings with several scientists and stakeholders from these and other countries, I never perceived tension. That was because when people can calmly communicate with reciprocal respect, they can understand each other views on many topics. Thus, my main objective as MCAA Board Member would be to increase the options to share moments of communication, also not specifically science-related, which we are all missing in our life too full of work and stress. That would be also essential for the psychological support of young scientists, who are often left to deal with tremendous stress by themselves.
