Survey on academic wellbeing

Dear all,
I'd like to invite you all to complete a survey on wellbeing within academia.
There will be a session on this topic at the next ESOF18 Toulouse and MCAA is part of the organisation.
Myself and some colleagues are working within an online platform where we provide services in fields like coaching and counselling exclusively for expats and a big majority of our users are academics - obviously due to the stress levels and isolation moments.
Saying that, we want to have a bigger overview of what is still needed to be done and for that we are running a 5min survey to present as a poster at Toulouse.

We'd be extremely grateful if you could fill the survey and pass it around :)
Any info please do drop me an email on fvg4@leicester.ac.uk
Many thanks!
Francisco

Dear Maria,
Thank you for this message. When we uploaded this version by mistake we did not see this error.
Thank you very much.
The survey should be running normally by now :)
Best wishes,
Francisco
The scale in the second question (Stress and anxiety present in my life affect my work success.) question is worng. The response "totally disagree" is twice whereas the response "totally agree" is not included. I found another error in the question (I feel anxious, nervous or tense in several moments) where "totally disagree is twice. I'm afraid the results of your survey might not be relevant if these errors persist.
