Is there anyone who has done GF in the USA?

Hello,

 

I am wondering if there is anyone who has dome MSCA-GF with Sweden and the USA.

I have a few questions about the salary calculations, tax, social security related things and health insurance. I need to arrange this between KTH and Stanford and it is a bit over my head, any suggestions/information will be greatly appreciated.
