SEFI and ASEE just issued a statement committing the organizations to increasing the participation, inclusion, and empowerment of minoritized individuals in all engineering venues.
Join the conversation with Dr. Susan E. Walden and Dr. Meagan Pollock and as they consider: How can we use this statement as a springboard to launch disruptive and intentional change?
The session will begin with an overview of the statement by one or more of the authors, and then we will break into small groups to brainstorm ideas, then we will come back together and make a plan for action.
