TRAVEL GRANTS TO ATTEND S-P MCAA ANNUAL MEETING (Salamanca, 26th March)

The S-P MCAA invites its members to apply for Chapter Travel Grants. By providing these Chapter-Grants, the chapter aims to promote participation of their members to our annual chapter meeting (Salamanca, 26th March 2017) (https://www.mariecuriealumni.eu/events/meeting-spain-portugal-chapter-mcaa-26th-march-2017-salamanca). This will forge networking in the region and enhance collaborations.
15 Grants will be awarded on a first-come/first-served basis (baring complying with the eligibility criteria and within the limits of the available budget).
Amount that can be requested: A maximum of 60 Euros can be requested.
ELIGIBILITY AND ADMISSIBILITY CONDITIONS
Only member of the S-P MCAA chapter can apply to these Travel Grants. If you reside or work in Salamanca, you can not apply for these travel grants. A member can only apply once (in the period up to the February 28, 2016) to these grants. The first-come/first-served rule will hold for the application submitted by S-P MCAA members.
HOW TO APPLY
Interested applicants should send an email to Concha Gómez Mena (Treasurer of S-P MCAA, cgomezm@ibmcp.upv.es) confirming the interest in attending the meeting
EVALUATION AND COMMUNICATION OF RESULTS
The approval of applications received will be made upon total discretion of the S-P MCAA chapter. Since the grants are awarded on a first-come/first-served basis, results will be communicated within fifteen days from the date of submission of the application.
REIMBURSEMENT PROCEDURE FOR MICRO GRANTS
In order to receive the payment of the micro-grant, the members shall send an email to the S-P MCAA (cgomezm@ibmcp.upv) describing the costs incurred and attaching the required documents. Payments of expenses will be made by MCAA within one month from the date of reception of all documents required, and only through a bank transfer to an account held by the Members in their name. Proof of payment will be sent by e-mail to the Members as soon as it is made. No travel-grant will be processed, unless the required documents are provided.
