Unemployment allowance in Italy

Hello everyone,
I was an ESR in Rome, Italy between 2014-2016. As far as I know since I had a fixed-term contract as a researcher, in Italy I should be eligible to receive the unemployment allowance for 6 months. However, the responsible person in the related office has filled up a wrong form so I was not able to receive it.So, I have decided to proceed legally.
I would like to ask if anyone in Italy who has been an ESR was able to receive the unemployment allowance within DIS-COLL module that I can show as an example?
Thanks everyone!
Nazik
