Dear All, I have a global fellowship that started in July 2015 in the US. Things are not going great with my return host institution (both in terms of admin and science). I am considering changing transferring the grant to another institution in Europe. Do you know if that is possible and what the conditions would be? I have already been in contact with my EU officer about the admin part. Things have not been solved yet (still no contract!), so I guess I could play that card. What if I resign when the outgoing phase is over? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! Best Jessica
