Abstract:

The aim of the workshop on ‘Supervision in MSCA’ is to raise awareness about effective supervision and about the MSCA guidelines on supervision and invite feedback and contributions from MSCA fellows and alumni. The session will be conducted in a workshop format to allow participants to provide feedback on their experiences, views, and make suggestions for effective supervision in a healthy workplace. This session will provide an opportunity to collect feedback and recommendations on the MSCA Guidelines and their implementation.

Stakeholder groups: MSCA alumni and current fellows, supervisors, mentors, HR, or related staff from academic & non-academic sectors

Maximum Number of participants: 50
