How can the EOSC EU Node strengthen your research?

In this webinar, Spiros Athanasiou, Project Manager of the EOSC EU Node, will introduce MCAA members to the services, tools, and resources available through this European research infrastructure and explain how they can directly support research projects. Participants will learn how the EOSC EU Node enables easier access to research data and digital tools, facilitates cross-border collaboration, and supports compliance with Open Science and Horizon Europe requirements, including FAIR data principles.

This activity is organised as an online webinar combined with a mentoring component focused on European research funding opportunities and MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships. It includes a presentation outlining key funding schemes, followed by practical guidance on proposal preparation, evaluation criteria, and common challenges. Experienced MSCA alumni contribute as mentors, sharing insights from their own application experiences. Participants have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussion, making the session interactive. The mentoring element allows for more personalised support beyond the webinar.
