“Researchers Meet Entrepreneurs: Career Paths”, Thursday 6 & Friday 7 November

It is our great pleasure to invite you to “Researchers Meet Entrepreneurs: Career Paths”, an event jointly organised by the MCAA France Chapter, the MCAA Bridging Science and Business Working Group (BSB WG), and the AUFRANDE Program teams.

This event aims to further strengthen the bridge between academia and industry by fostering dialogue, networking, and collaboration among researchers, entrepreneurs, and professionals.
Intended for current and former Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) fellows, this event will explore diverse career paths for PhD holders and early-career postdoctoral researchers. It will offer valuable insights into transitioning from academia to industry, with a particular focus on start-up creation, mental health, and wellbeing. The programme will feature speakers and stakeholders from various sectors and provide ample opportunities for open discussion and networking.

Registration is required for all participants (except AUFRANDE fellows). The deadline to register is 30 October.

Second Congress of the MCAA - Bulgaria Chapter - 2025 “Research and Innovation during the Global Challenges” will held on June, 26 - 27th, 2025 in Sofia, Bulgaria, as a hybrid event with the support of EURAXESS Bulgaria and Sofia University. Official languages will be English and Bulgarian.

Joint Event of the Croatian, Hungarian, Slovenian, and Western Balkan Chapters of the Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA), will take place as part of International Week at University North in Varaždin, Croatia. This exciting gathering will bring together researchers, scholars, and experts to discuss key topics related to academic mobility, scientific networking, and mental health.
