Horizon 2020 Information and Networking Day “Advanced digital gaming/gamification technologies & Multimodal and Natural computer interaction /Assisting people with disabilities”

The Horizon 2020 Information and Networking Day “Advanced digital gaming - gamification technologies and Multimodal and Natural computer interaction - Assisting people with disabilities” will take place on 6 February in Luxembourg. This will be the opportunity to find out more about the Work Programme 2014-2015 concerning these topics. What’s more, participants will be given the possibility to network and to have bilateral meetings with representatives from the European Commission.

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) European Career Fair will take place on 1 February in Cambridge (MA), United States. This will be an opportunity to connect European employers with participants who are interested in a career in Europe and to increase awareness in the United States about the opportunities that European research offers.

Destination Europe

The event “Destination Europe” will take place on 31 January in Cambridge (MA), United States. Participants will find out opportunities available to researchers, from anywhere in the world, interested in working in Europe. Discussions will be led by representatives from the European Commission and from the League of European Research Universities, and will deal with Opportunities in several countries in Europe, Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions and EURAXESS Links. Researchers who are considering moving to Europe for their career are expected to participate.

Information Day Horizon 2020 - Future Internet

Dear chapter members,

The Public University of Navarra (Pamplona, Spain) is organizing its 6th Summer School on Ecology, this time the topic being "Global Change and Resilient Landscapes". Due to the COVID-19, this time the summer school will be held online, and registration will be free. However, for those willing to learn on the filed, there is also a one-day a field trip scheduled.

The MCAA North America Chapter is organizing an annual picnic (physically distanced) to celebrate the contributions and the role of our Marie Curie fellows to research, discovery and innovation. We are inviting all Marie Curie fellows to join us for a fun Friday afternoon! This is a great opportunity for you to connect with new Marie Curie fellows and share your experiences.  

Snacks will be provided, please bring your own blanket.

The picnic will take place on September 25th at 5 pm in the Sennot Park, Cambridge (Broadway Street).
