Going Green – CARE INNOVATION 2014

The international event “Going Green – CARE INNOVATION 2014” will take place from 17 to 20 November in Vienna, Austria. This event comprises a conference and an exhibition. Leading companies and institutions in green electronics will present their innovative products, processes and services. This will be the opportunity to discuss the current situation of producer responsibility, environmentally-friendly electronic and automotive product development, issues of resource depletion and conservation, clean production, green marketing, logistics and End-of-Life strategies.

World Electric Vehicle Symposium and Exhibition (EVS)

The 27th International Electric Vehicle Symposium and Exhibition will take place from 17 to 20 November in Barcelona, Spain. The event comprises a Congress and an exhibition. It will be an opportunity to discuss several topics as vehicles manufacturers and providers, vehicle propulsion systems, vehicle subsystems and components, infrastructure, market business and public policies, energy and environment. During the exhibition, products, services and innovations concerning electric, hybrid, plug-in and fuel cell vehicles will be presented.

TransportNET – Urban Logistic Course

The network of leading University Groups in Transport Research and high-level Education TransportNET organises a course on urban logistics from 12 to 15 November in Lyon, France. The course will address several topics linked to microeconomics and agents behavior, econometric models, demand forecasting and choice modeling, pricing mechanisms, regulation, markets and public intervention, infrastructure investments and project appraisal. This will be an opportunity to explore the key aspects of urban logistics through interactions between academia and business.

ICT 2013 - Create, Connect, Grow

The ICT 2013 “Create, Connect, Grow” event will take place from 6 to 8 November in Vilnius, Lithuania. Free online summer school: Global change and Resilient Landscapes (in Spanish)

Dear chapter members,

The Public University of Navarra (Pamplona, Spain) is organizing its 6th Summer School on Ecology, this time the topic being "Global Change and Resilient Landscapes". Due to the COVID-19, this time the summer school will be held online, and registration will be free. However, for those willing to learn on the filed, there is also a one-day a field trip scheduled.

MSCA 'Postdoc Appreciation Week' Picnic in Boston - September 25, 2020 at 5 pm

The MCAA North America Chapter is organizing an annual picnic (physically distanced) to celebrate the contributions and the role of our Marie Curie fellows to research, discovery and innovation. We are inviting all Marie Curie fellows to join us for a fun Friday afternoon! This is a great opportunity for you to connect with new Marie Curie fellows and share your experiences.  

Snacks will be provided, please bring your own blanket.

The picnic will take place on September 25th at 5 pm in the Sennot Park, Cambridge (Broadway Street).
