The IDA-WG works closely with the MCAA contractors with the aim to improve the MCAA portal for better usability of members. We focus on addressing technical issues and requests from Chapter/WGs and members to ensure effective, efficient and transparent communication withing the MCAA. In parallel, we plan to build up a strong member's database for efficient networking amongst members

ACTIVITIES

• Ad-hoc online work progress meetings with IDA-WG members.
• Surveying members for a better MCAA portal.
• Optimizing, protecting and updating member’s database.
• Guidelines to improve MCAA portal infrastructure.
