On this page, you can view the complete list of projects in which the MCAA is involved. You can filter projects by their type and status.
Interested in joining forces with us?
The MCAA has strong expertise in science policy, research assessment and career development, mental health in academia, science communication, and the European research and innovation landscape in general. This makes the Association an excellent partner for a wide range of projects, including Coordination and Support Actions (CSA). The MCAA has participated as a beneficiary in several calls under various European programmes.

Bridging the expectations gaps between PhDs, postdocs and industries in Flanders region
The Flemish Government wished to attract foreign (and retain Flemish) high-potential researchers in Flanders. HR tech start-up Kazi made a labour market map for PhDs and postdoctoral researchers to assess the nature and extent of the expectation gap between researchers and Flemish corporates. This gap is related to interhuman skills such as team roles and personal work values, rather than and in addition to remuneration expectations or so-called hard skills.
