The National Space Centre (Ireland) is launching its search for Horizon 2020 partners
What is the National Space Centre (NSC)? NSC is a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) in Elfordstown, County Cork, Ireland. Active in:
- The provision of commercial ground segment and mission hosting services;
- National and international R&D projects in the areas of Earth Observation and Integrated Satcoms;
- Collaborative initiatives with third level education bodies to exploit the space sector in a range of applications.
What is NSC looking for? NSC is looking for potential project partnerships in the area of Space, Security and Information Communication technologies (ICTs) within the framework of the Horizon 2020 programme.
NSC is one part of Eutelsat’s pan-European network of 10 ground stations, commissioned to deliver hi-speed internet services to the remotest regions of Europe via their Tooway broadband service.
