The 3rd International Congress on Advanced Materials (AM2016), with the Department of Chemistry at Chulalongkorn University as the host at the period of 27-30 Nov 2016, is the globally prime academic conference proposed by the International Union of Advanced Materials and the Chinese Advanced Materials Society.

The congress is being jointly organized by the Department of Chemistry at Chulalongkorn University, the School of Materials Science & Engineering at Jiangsu University, the International Union of Advanced Materials and the Chinese Advanced Materials Society.

World-renowned journals including J Journal of Inorganic and Organometallic Polymers and Materials (JIOPM; Springer), Monatshefte für Chemie - Chemical Monthly (CM; Springer), and Journal of the Chinese Advanced Materials Society (JCAMS; Taylor Francis) will publish special or regular issues by selecting contributions from AM2016, basing on the contributors' willing and reviewing process. More supporting journals can join the publishing program if necessary.

The serial AM conferences have been demonstrating their prestige in the field of Advanced Materials. More than 1300 researchers and scientists from across the world have joined two earlier conferences that is, AM2011 and AM2013.
